Job Description
:
Key Competencies • Having the technical knowledge of Extruders, Printing and Sealing machines. • Directs and coordinates production processes, and, operational functions to achieve goals and optimal production performance. • Maintains production efficiencies and waste minimization. • Enable to guide the maximum production techniques. • Directly supervises and trains the production supervisors, and leads all other production positions to ensure a skilled workforce. Assesses skills and recommends or provides training to ensure department coworkers are competent in procedures/policies and plant goals are met. • To meet production target & schedule monitoring. • Responsible to manage the physical stocks at floor. • Responsible to manage Housekeeping & Safety arrangements at plant. • Liaison with sales team for job order planning/scheduling. • Strong administrative ability, to manage the floor operations. • Having the vision of long term business growth. • Team management/work force evaluation
